Teller 24e is back up and functioning normally. We know it is not just an inconvenience when you can not access your account when you need to or want to, and we apologize. We are working directly with the vendor who supplies the software interface for Teller 24e, and are determined to prevent outages like the one we experienced this weekend from happening in the future. We want you to know, however, that there was no security problem with any account information. This was a software interface issue…not a security issue.
