But our hearts are big
Taleris employs a grand total of 31 people. And every year, those 31 people band together to support a whole host of charitable causes that are important to them. They organize events, and they give generously of their time and their money.
This past Saturday, we had our annual bowling event to benefit our favorite guy, Tommy D’Amico, and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. Tommy was born with Cerebral Palsy and has battled through obstacles and hardships most of us can’t even imagine. With the support of his family, Tommy has made progress that was unimaginable a few years ago. We are very proud to have been a very small part of it. Like I said, he’s our favorite guy. Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital’s work with children’s health issues goes almost without saying.
With Taleris staff, friends and families, more than a hundred people came out to bowl, eat, win prizes and just have fun in support of Tommy and Rainbow. Thank you to all who attended, and we’ll see you next year…(and I promise fewer gutter balls).
We’ll share some of the other charities we support as the spring and summer roll by.
