Seven Hills Service Center Covid-19 Safety Requirements
On Monday, June 15th, the Taleris Seven Hills Service Center reopened the lobby to the public. We would like to thank our members for their patience and understanding throughout this Covid-19 pandemic. We hope that all of you are well and will continue to follow guidelines to protect you and your family.
Your safety and the safety of our staff is paramount and we ask that you continue to utilize our Online Account Services, as well as our ATM Machines and Drive Through Service area, as much as possible, in lieu of the lobby area for your account needs.
With the reopening of our lobby, there are some changes in protocol in place to protect our members and our staff. These changes are outlined below.
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, we ask that you do not enter the building. Alternatively, you may use the Drive-Up Service or ATM.

LOBBY – MAXIMUM CAPACITY
For the safety of staff and members, we have a maximum capacity of eight (8) members at a time in the lobby area. If the lobby is at capacity, we will only allow the same number of members to enter as the number of departing members. Please practice Social Distancing if you are waiting outside to enter.
For the safety of staff and members, Protective Masks covering mouth and nose (surgical or non-surgical) are REQUIRED to enter the lobby area. If you do not have a mask, please use the Drive Up window or ATM for your transactions
For the safety of staff and members, please use the floor decals provided throughout the lobby to ensure Safe Social Distancing. We ask that, if you are in areas of the lobby without floor decals, to also practice Safe Social Distancing.

Lobby: OPEN 10 AM – 4 PM | Drive Through: OPEN 9 AM – 5 PM
Lobby: OPEN 10 AM – 5 PM | Drive Through: OPEN 9 AM – 6 PM
Lobby: OPEN 9 AM – 1 PM | Drive Through: OPEN 9 AM – 1 PM
