2019 Taleris Board of Directors Election
In the January mailing to members is the Ballot for the 2019 Board of Directors Election, and an envelope to mail the ballot to our auditors. Taleris Credit Union is wholly owned by its members, and it is very important that, as an owner, you vote for the board that will represent your interests.

There are a total of two (2) candidates running for two (2) open positions on the 2019 Taleris Board of Directors. Both of the candidates are incumbent (current) board members. The candidates are: James Remalia and Louis Vocaire-Tramposch. Their brief bios are listed below.
Mr. ReMalia has been a member of Taleris Credit Union for 45 years and a member of the Board of Directors for 35 years. During his tenure with Taleris, Mr. ReMalia has served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Education Committee, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Annual Seminar Committee.
Mr. ReMalia is retired from Paladin Protective Systems. Previously, he was a Manager for the Site Management and Security Administration of Ohio Bell.
Mr. ReMalia graduated from James Rhodes High School. He studied Liberal Arts at Cleveland State University as well as Mathematics, Business and Computer Sciences at Cuyahoga Community College. He is a top graduate from Cleveland Technician School with an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Vocaire-Tramposch has been a member of Taleris Credit Union since 2007. He has been on the Taleris Advisory Board and is currently serving as Vice Chairman on the Taleris Board of Directors.
Mr. Vocaire-Tramposch is an attorney and a member of the management team for PICS, which is a national inventory company providing inventory services for Giant Eagle, Hobby Lobby, Discount Drug Mart, Dunham’s, Heinen’s and Dave’s Supermarkets. Previously, he was the President of J.V. Janitorial Services.
Mr. Vocaire-Tramposch is a graduate of St John’s University in New York with honors in liberal arts and sciences. He also graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
