Online Bill Pay Will be Unavailable Over the Weekend
On Friday, July 12, our Bill Pay System is being moved to a new server at a new data center. It is moving to the the same center that houses our main operating system. This upgrade in data centers is designed to make all of our systems more cohesive and efficient.
As a result, the system will be unavailable from Friday, July 12 at 11 PM (EST) until Monday, July 15 at 7:30 AM (EST). We have been sending messages about this move through the Bill Pay System to users for a few weeks now, so we hope this move takes no one by surprise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
If you log in to the system during the migration, you will get a system-generated “Down for Maintenance” message. After 7:30 AM on Monday, July 15th, the system will function as normal. If you have any questions about the Bill Pay System migration, please give us a call at 800.828.6446.
